Patrick Fisher, Managing Partner
Patrick Fisher is a Managing Partner at Lift Partners. Prior to founding Lift, Patrick served as a Managing Partner of MHF Real Estate, a Receivership & Asset Management firm that managed 2 million square feet of commercial assets on behalf of GE Capital, CIII Realty, CW Capital and Wells Fargo. Prior to joining MHF, Patrick served as Vice President of Real Estate Capital Investments for Wells Fargo Bank, a $500 million joint venture equity platform, where he sourced and managed joint venture equity investments on the West Coast. Earlier in his tenure at Wells Fargo, Patrick served as a Vice President of REO responsible for managing a $200 million portfolio of distressed commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. Patrick began his career in real estate as an Analyst for Equity One (NYSE: EQY, now REG). Patrick holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley, Patrick served as captain of the Men's Soccer Team and post graduation went on to a brief stint in Major League Soccer. Patrick is a Bay Area native and spends most of his free time chasing his three kids under the age of 7.
Michael Murray, Managing Partner
Michael Murray is a Managing Partner at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift, Mike was Vice President at Terreno Realty Corporation focused on both acquisitions and asset management. During his tenure at Terreno, Mike purchased over $500 million of industrial real estate and managed a portfolio of 4.4 million square feet. Terreno is a publicly traded REIT focused on infill industrial investment. Mike covered most recently for Terreno the Bay Area and New Jersey markets and previously covered during his tenure the Los Angeles and Seattle metros. Prior to joining Terreno in 2011, Mike worked in both the real estate debt syndications and distressed assets at Wells Fargo. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University where he was captain of the water polo team. Mike is a Bay Area native and spends his time watching Warriors basketball and hiking.
Matthew Bean, Partner
Matthew Bean is a Partner at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift, Matt was Senior Vice President at Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO) focused on acquisitions, redevelopment, and asset management of complex infill properties in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami and New York/New Jersey. During his tenure, Matt executed 45 transactions in high barrier markets aggregating in excess of $600 million and managed a portfolio of 5.1 million square feet. He led the company’s initial acquisitions in the close-in Seattle and New York submarkets. Before joining Terreno, Matt was a broker with Voit Commercial Brokerage in Southern California, specializing in industrial and office investment sales and leasing. Matthew holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Redlands and a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Originally from Idaho, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
Andria Souza, Director of Operations
Andria joined Lift Partners in 2021 as Director of Operations. Andria brings over 16 years of property management, construction and leasing experience to the team. She began her real estate career with SteelWave, where she spent 10 years working up through the property management ranks, ultimately serving as Regional Vice President for a portfolio located in the San Jose and Peninsula submarkets. Andria spent four years living abroad where she worked on several unique and diverse projects including major capital repositioning, new development, property management and leasing assignments. After returning to the Bay Area, Andria worked with KG Investment Properties as a Senior Property Manager & Operations Director, responsible for the expansion and oversite of the Bay Area Portfolio and company-wide operations. Andria received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Andria is a Bay Area native and spends most of her time enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
Will Gilkeson, Director
Will Gilkeson is a Director at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift, Will was a senior associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Institutional Capital Markets team, focusing on Bay Area investment sales valued over $20 million. Will underwrote over 40 closed transactions in excess of $2 billion spread across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use product while at the company. He also performed deal execution and led due diligence efforts. Prior to his three-year stint at Cushman and Wakefield, Will worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an office leasing broker in San Francisco for one year. Will holds a B.A. from Bates College where he was captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
Jake Keller, Associate
Jake Keller is an Associate at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift, Jake was an associate on WeWork's Real Estate team, focusing on expanding WeWork's presence in the Western United States and Canada. Jake was involved in sourcing 20 new leases and underwrote 133 prospective leases totaling 8.5 million square feet. He also piloted market research standards for new and existing markets and established underwriting principles for the Underwriting and Analytics team. Prior to WeWork, Jake worked at PNC Realty Investors as an acquisition and development analyst underwriting office, industrial, retail, and multifamily acquisitions and developments ranging from $30 million to $560 million. Jake holds a B.S. in Business from Drexel University where he was the founder of the Drexel University Real Estate Club. Originally from New York, he enjoys playing basketball and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Austen Peterson, Analyst
Austen is an Analyst at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift, Austen was an Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield, initially in New York City before relocating to San Francisco to join the Institutional Capital Markets team. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Austen was involved in underwriting, marketing, and due diligence efforts of industrial, life science and office sales ranging from $20 million to $300 million. She also served as Philanthropy Chair for Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders, supporting a 14-year partnership with the Trust for Public Land. Austen holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Architecture from Trinity College (Connecticut). Originally from Southern California, Austen enjoys long beach days with family and friends.
